Happy April 2026 RWWC!
April is finally here, and as spring blossoms across Maryland, we are reminded that growth, renewal, and perseverance are at the heart of our mission. Just as the season brings fresh energy, so does our commitment to advancing conservative values, empowering women, and shaping the future of our communities.
It is a month of action. With upcoming local and state elections, every conversation we have and every event we host strengthens our voice. Let’s continue to stand united, rooted in principle, driven by purpose, and inspired by the generations of women I mentioned in last month’s message, who paved the way before us.
I encourage each of you to get involved this month; attend a meeting, volunteer for a campaign, or share our message with a neighbor. Together, we are not just witnesses to change; we are the change.
Now I want to take a moment and give you an idea of what the Board and I have been busy doing over the past 3 months.
- I gained approval from all the Board members to publish their contact information to all new members and send a broadcast email message to existing members (coming soon).
- Updated the Committee Description document. This will be sent in the welcome letters to all new members and a broadcast email to existing members. It will eventually be posted on our website.
- Built a membership survey, sent it by email to all members, and provided it at the February and March meetings. A total of 45 members completed the survey. Results will be tabulated and provided to the board and membership.
- The Bylaws Committee completed the review and revision of the Bylaws. These have been sent to the membership by email for review and approval at the April meeting.
- We have had major issues with the PayPal account and have spent many hours correcting the problems and researching other payment systems.
- Now for the BIG JOB! Maybe you have noticed that the President’s Message was late in being changed on the webpage, and some items are missing. That is because we are working on updating the website. So, stand by, very soon, we will have a new, updated look!
